Q.  What is the deadline for registration?

A.  The deadline for full registration at the regular rate of $150 is 9/1/10.  After 9/1/10, the late registration fee of $165 is applicable until 9/15/10.  The Saturday-Only Session is $75 until 9/15/10.

Q.  What if I pay my registration and I am unable to attend?

A.  You will be refunded your money less the $50 non-refundable deposit.  Saturday-Only Session is non-refundable

Q.  If I do not want to share a room, can I have a private room to myself?

A.  Yes.  If you would like to reduce the number of people in your room, there is an additional fee:

  • The upcharge for a single room for one person is $73.
  • The upcharge for a double room with two people is $22 per person.
  • The upcharge for a triple room with three people is $7 per person.

Q.  How do I know who will be in my room?

A.  After you complete your registration, you will receive an email with an Occupancy Preference List.  At that time, you can list the occupants that you desire to be in your room.  If you do not know or don't have a preference, your roommates will be selected for you.

Q.  What if I would like to stay an additional night in the hotel?

A.  You can make arrangements directly with the hotel by calling 770-441-1111 as soon as possible.  Ask for the Inspired Sistah rate.  Rooms are subject to availability.

Q.  Is there transportation available from the airport?

A.  The host facility has contracted different transportation portals for a fee.  If transportation is needed, please send an email to Schaquana Bates, Travel Liason, at schaquanaj@hotmail.com and the list of available services will be provided to you.
